This Docket shall categorize Youth Basketball defined as the basketball practice from mini basketball to young categories from U12 to U19 for both genders. It shall also cater for development programs for Educational Institutions (schools, colleges, universities, and tertiary institution’s) it shall have the following duties

1. To deal with all the matters related to the development of Youth,  mini Basketball and Educational Institution’s
2. To initiate and propose to the Executive measures and programs for promotion and development of basketball under this docket. 
3. To examine all the issues relating to the organizing of youth competitions under this Docket and submit the report to FUBA.
4. To encourage and advise zones on organizing competitions that fall under this docket.
5. To submit to the Executive committee an annual report on the level of competition, performance, and development of programs under this docket.
6. Shall harmonize and establish strong relations with all the institution, governmental and sports associations with multi-sport events where basketball is part of the program and promote close cooperation with NUSFU (University assoc) and NASBA ( school assoc).
7. To submit to the Executive an annual report on the level of Competitions and performance of youth, mini basketball and educational institutions in Uganda
