Castle Lite injects 500 million into the NBL

FUBA and Castle Lite officially launched their partnership in which Castle Lite shall be the title sponsor for the National Basketball League (NBL) and it will Inject 500 million worth of sponsorship.

The official launch happened on Thursday 9th May at Fairway Hotel and all the other sponsors of the NBL and FUBA were in attendance. Stanbic Bank’s Isaac Ajiji, NBS Sport’s Joseph Kigozi, Fairway Hotel’s Daniella Kabahamba, FUBA CEO Marcus Kwikiriza, and FUBA Gen secretary Hudson Ssegamwenge were also in attendance.

According to Douglas Karema the Trade Marketing Executive for Nile Breweries, 200 million shillings shall directly go to FUBA and the other 300 shall be used in operational costs like activations and so on.

The sponsorship deal shall be for one year, renewable according to the performance. “ The sponsorship has already been going on, today was just the official launch,” FUBA CEO Marcus Kwikiriza said.
