About FUBA

FUBA, the Federation of Uganda Basketball Associations, is the National governing body for basketball in Uganda. Affiliated to National Council of Sports (NCS) and Uganda Olympic Committee (UOC) Founded in 1962, we bring together 61 basketball teams from mainly the central region of the country and our aim is to spread the game of basketball all over the country. We organize and oversee all national league games, secondary school games, university games , 3X3 Basketball, international competitions that include the zonal qualifiers and club championships when we are hosts. We establish our official basketball rules as well as the regulations that govern the relationships between the different members of the basketball community guided by the FIBA Basketball Rules and regulations. our main offices are located at Mtn Arena Lugogo, Kampala, P.O.
